V.P. of Office Operations
School and the beginning…. Ashley is a Chester County native who attended and played lacrosse at West Chester University with a desire to learn business. After school, she started her career in the beauty industry. She loved the communication and personal interaction with clients and co workers. One day a customer offered Ashley a big career change.
Getting into the Landscape Construction industry…. At the suggestion of a customer, Ashley left the Beauty industry to become the Office Manager of a local landscape company. Her ambition and desire to always be learning new things, helped Ashley fit right in with the company. She did everything on the backend of the business including implementing new software and working closely with the owner to make sure the business was always on track.
Ready for bigger and more exciting challenges…. After 10 years with that company Ashley was ready for a new challenge. A friend from her days at West Chester University, reached out to her about his rapidly growing young landscape business, and told her he needed someone to run his office. Ashley knew this would be a great oppurtunity to take all the skills she had been learning, and make “her mark”, by helping a young company grow into something amazing. She made the switch to Couture Grounds in 2022 and is a big part of the recent growth of the company.
